 At the time of construction
work commenced local involvement was hundred
percent and we start picking up some of the
young talents a young boy working as labor now
a proud supervisor of Bagh Sarai Resort like
him we have all other staff trained and employed
from the local village bagh sarai is taking
care of the welfare of at least six house in
the village. Now all of our staff is enjoying
a respectful job with earning to give a new
shape to their family.
Now their houses with help of bagh sarai is
in dream shape of living desired no worry in
monsoon. As per our commitment we helped
in poor girls marriages in village. We do
not want to say much and does not want to
gain any mileage. Just creating and developing
confidence and relation with all locals to
believe in our commitment towards community.
We are almost set to provide scholarship
to the girls & boys belongs to very poor
family and can’t afford higher studies to
encourage them. 
One of our staff has just appeared for 12th
standard exams we always encourage them for
education and support is always their as incentive
to take leave for studies and expenses for
studies.
Bagh Sarai has already kept a separate land
initially going to be donated to the village
council for developing a first class dispensary
with life saving equipments since nearest
hospital is 25 kmrs and ill equipped.
We have a small tribal shop named after a
famous tigress Mohini with all hand made and
excellent stuff for souvenir must visit to
see the selection and what ever you buy that
is on no profit no loss basically runs by
our tribal staff and profit goes to them as
family welfare.

so please do not look at their mistakes or
incapability of not understanding properly
treat them with your support to guidance.

enough time to understand batter. When they
understand you always feel batter. They are
tribal with very sharp mind to learn the things
very quickly but only with love and affection.

small and effective approach which we believe

by various organizations with millions of
dollars burn’s every year due to non continuity
and effectiveness.
We should do and create something which is
effective and acceptable by the community

quick and direct rather then through various
channels which leads to corruption and help
